I was heading of a team of nine IT Engineers.

I planned and implemented the nationwide connectivity project of CSB NEWS with optical fiber technology using
the leased line (E1) from Grameenphone and (Layer-2) from Metronet. Which accordingly built up a nationwide data and video streaming network.

I maintained the large data/video networks along with remote administration, automation/newsroom servers like
octopus, Aveco, omneon and FCP/Avid NLE (non linear editing) panels.

I also configured and maintained the companies 1mbps internet connection distributing to the nationwide data network
along with mail server, DNS server, proxy server, web server where network is equipped with HP ML/DL/XW series
servers and workstations, CISCO/DELL/3COM/DLINK (configured with VLAN) Gigabit Ethernet switches running by Linux,
Windows 2003 server/Windows XP Professional OS.

Configuring and securing the network with IPTABLES firewall, CISCO ACL (in router) along with monitoring the network with NAGIOS,
CACTI, MRTG etc and controlling bandwidth HTB (previously it was CBQ with limitations whereas I introduced HTB there to solve the
problem of CBQ). I also introduced advanced level use of IPTABLES firewall and I also sets up the strategy to avoid the network
security threat. I am very familiar with DoS (Denial of Service) attack. I also introduced Qmail (now no 1 MTA in the world)
in BTS Communications and also for the clients of BTS.

I configured and maintained ADSL modems (Prolink, ZyXel, Dlink etc) with ADSL concentrator, SDSL modems (DASAN, ZyXel etc)
in point-to-point mode. I also troubleshoot the basic problem of Radio Link. I am introduced with Alverion, VIP, Ultima-3,
Smart Bridge radio and radio links in point-to-point and point-to-multipoint mode along with several types of antenna like sectorial, omni, grids etc.
